Fruit Pops

Make homemade pops with fresh fruit!

On a warm summer day enjoy making these refreshing frozen treats with your child. This recipe calls for orange juice and strawberries, but feel free to experiment with your favorite juices and fruits.

Ingredients

6 small paper or plastic cups
6 Popsicle sticks or plastic spoons
4 cups orange juice
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

Preparation

Blend the juice and strawberries in a blender. Fill the containers with the mixture. Freeze for one hour and then add the sticks. Continue to freeze for several hours until completely frozen. Pull out of the container with the stick and enjoy!

Note: You could also use reusable plastic Popsicle trays for these fruit pops.
