    "Beware of using sprouted rye and other sprouted grains as a substitute for wheat. Many people who experience problems with wheat may not tolerate rye or barley either. For those with undiagnosed celiac disease, sprouted rye is not acceptable. (1 of 133 people in USA are believed to have CD and only 4% of these have been diagnosed.) If you have problems eating wheat check with your doctor before going on a gluten free diet as undiagnosed celiac disease can be very serious. "
