Recognizing a child's hard work that leads to success is a great way to encourage them to always try hard. This video gives parents tips to show their child that their accomplishments are connected with hard work they did to get there, which motivates the child to continue to work hard. The video is most appropriate for parents of kids in third grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade.
