Hopewell Elementary School

I think this school is entirely too clicky. Many of the parents think they are above others. My child attended this school. The give entirely too much work for an elementary school. The projects my 4th grader brought home were unreal. Hopewell schools think that one person in the household doesn't work and this eliminates some kids from playing sports due to inconvenient practice times. It is a very snooty area.

Great school, wonderful teachers, principal and staff! Parents are very friendly and welcoming. Lots of new teachers being hired as well.

I really like this school, I think the teachers are very involved and the principal is great. I AM a newcomer to this area and I have never felt left out. Everyone is friendly. I do wish more parents were involved, but I supposed you would have that anywhere.

I really dislike this school. My child goes here and they never have the parents involved. They are nothing but one big click, either you in or your out. They don't take too well to new comers. The previous post pretty much sums it up as far as 'special needs' go. I can truely say there is not one thing I like about this school. If I had to do it over we would have moved to Center Twp!

This school is okay. I personally think some of the older teachers need to retire!!! They just are not able to handle certain kid(s) with 'problems'. I have learned that no matter how much you say....you do not have the final say so in your child. And when you get the 'special' help your child needs they treat you differently. So I have to say all in all Hopewell Elem. is just okay to me. If I had to do it all over again I would personaly send my child to a different school.
