After our son attended a traditional daycare for two years, we wanted to find an environment that could offer the care we needed and more on the practical life and academic side. What we found at MCH was a caring, learning environment that unleashed his true potential through the Montessori methods. He continues to do great things at this school 5 years later. Highly recommend this school for anyone seeking to give your child the best in preschool education.

MCH has been an extended family for my 2 daughters. Unlike most care center's offerings for toddlers - coloring, abc's, storytime - MCH's young community is very attentive to each child and encourages practical life skills as well as language, math and play. Currently, I have one daughter in Kindergarten at MCH, which is full-day and very small in size allowing individualized attention. An introverted child is encouraged to be self-confident and I have personally seen my daughter thrive to where she takes it upon herself to try and help other students and also to try new Montessori works in the classroom. My older daughter has transferred into 2nd grade in a good public school, but from Pre-K through 1st grade, she excelled academically and socially at MCH. Among a host of other things, she left MCH with an empathy for others, a capacity to work with children younger and older than herself, with a benchmark for time management and planning. The staff is concerned and accommodating to each family, and I love being able to get feedback on my children when I think it is necessary. Your child's education and care should be the best, so consider MCH.

Media Children's House is a great school for parents that are looking for an alternative to the regular, one-curriculum-fits-all approach that is found at most preschools. It's refreshing to hear my daughter tell us that she is sewing, setting the table, recycling, planting seeds, and learning other life skills. She is learning at her own pace and enjoys going to school.

I like the school after doing research and listened in the classroom. Teachers are really care and the community is very family friendly. They encourage independence and self confidence. I am impressed to see the kids are exposed to so much knowledge and and hands on while they are so young, which is great since they absorb everything as sponge.

I am so fortunate that my son was accepted at MCH. I appreciate the respect, calmness and peaceful feeling this school provides and am so proud my son is attending. The staff is what I love most. My son is safe, happy, healthy and well adjusted....and alot of that comes from the care he receives during the day at MCH!!!!!

My grandson has had opportunities at MCH that have far surpasssed anything I could have imagined for his early education. He amazes me each time I talk with him about what is happening in school.....and the respect for others, kindness, sharing, and other social skills that are emphasized are so important in today's world....and SO needed! I am so appreciative and so proud to say that Griffin attends MCH and is thriving because of it!
