Quigley Catholic is a great school. Very academically based. Faith and morals are taught. Service to others is expected. Kindness is the norm.

I am a recent graduate of Quigley Catholic High School. I transferred there in the middle of my junior year from another well known Catholic High school. Quigley's small class size is conducive to learning, and allows it's students to maximize their potential by giving many students the option to take honors and AP courses. My last school limited the amount of students in these classes. Besides the great education, Quigley hosts some of the most wonderful people I have ever met! With 2 and a half years under their belts, the students accepted me as if I had been there since freshman year. I have made invaluable friendships and have could not have picked a better choice for a school. The teachers are concerned with getting the most out of their students, and in the process develop awesome bonds with their students. The only thing I can say is that the one and a half years I spent at Quigley Catholic has changed my life.

This school is not for those who do not want their child challenged. I have 1 child attending now and one next year. We are able to send our children wherever we want. We choose Quigley. If you do not want your child having homework on a consistent basis, then Quigley isn't for you. Your child will have opportunities to participate in sports, PJAS, musical and forensics. A small school that offers so much. Just ask the students who just returned from Kairos. The new principal is open to new ideas and has been open to the parents. Parental participation is now encouraged and will be expected. Not every school is for every family, but if college prep is the goal for your child, you need to take a long, hard look at Quigley.

Many review about the administration are older. They have a new administrator this year. My daughter graduated last year and was accepted everywhere she applied and is doing great at her first choice Private University. My son went to Sewickley Academy and is choosing himself to change this year to Quigley. Drug use at sewickley and Quaker Valley are rampant, and the academics are about equal at all of them. The prep for college at Quigley is outstanding, the students and parents are wonderful, and it gives the Catholic child a good strong base of faith to sustain them through out their life with much less of the problems found in the other local schools

The high price is not worth the treatment by the administration. Spoken to as if I was a 10 year old. Read the handbook VERY carefully as students are disciplined by who they associate with.

This school isn't worht the high price. They don't have much as far as computers or technical equipment. No diversity for course selection. The administration is only interested in your money.

Not worth the money. Some teachers are alright but they're constrained by extremely poor administration at the school and diocesan levels. Better than local public schools, but that's not saying much. Move to a good school district (e.g. not one in Beaver County) or pony up the cash for Sewickley Academy if you care about your kid's education.

I am a parent as well as an alumni. The school is an excellent college prep school. I have seen my children develop into responsible adults and have seen them grow in their confidence and Catholic faith. Most of the teachers are wonderful as are the guidance counselors. The extra circular activities are wonderful. The administration, unfortunately, has declined dramatically over the years and tends to confuse dicipline and rules with breaking children's spirits. Their focus of late is primarily on money and fining children for dress code violations.
