Beaver is a great school in a small and tight knit community. The teachers are wonderful and parents are very involved. It can be an adjustment for newcomers, since most of the students have known each other a long time, but in general they are friendly and welcoming.

Very progressive school. Low teacher to student ratio even for a public school. Very good teaches in core subjects ( English, math, science and social studies). Teachers are very seasoned and show interest in students. The schools' athletics programs are not very good. Too much emphasis on footbll and little concern for other sports programs. If you are looking for a small public school that has strong academics this is the place for your child.
