This is a small school which makes for a good education. However, there could be more programs established to enhance education and creative learning like having a science fair or history fair, reading competitions to see how many books you can read for the year, school spelling bees and involving the parents more. With this school being so small it could be more friendly.
Union Elementary School is a wonderful elementary school. The classes are fairly small and the teachers are all very dedicated to educating their students as well as caring about each individual child. There is a family atmosphere at the school... everyone looking out for the others. I'm so glad my child had her start in organized education in this positive environment.
