TE middle is glamorous and you are jealous of the tremendous athletes and scholars we have. The teacher are nice and imformative. If we are xenophobic we can't just take students of the street jut for this report. The student don't bully and are very knoledgable

It's great school with good teachers but....Let me say in one word about the demographics: xenophobic. The teachers and students are unfamiliar with other cultures and despite the pretense of tolerance to "others", their ignorance and xenophobia comes through in many ways. They ought to do some soul searching - I mean the administrators and teachers.

I am a parent and my child is in the 7th grade. I absolutely love the curriculum and the focus on academics. The students are treated like leaders and the teaching staff is stellar. The extra curricular activities are abundant as well as the transportation service. Unfortunately, I believe the school needs cultural awareness. My child is a minority and he comes home complaining often about him getting picked on because he is different. Because the Devon/Berwyn area has a lack of diversity the students are ignorant when it comes to other races. Hopefully in the future this will be the focus of the school. I want my child to continue on to the High School because of the great programs, but if he continues to complain I will send him to a more diverse school.

I used to be a student at TE middle, until I moved. I absolutely loved the teachers but the kids were very mean to each other, including me. They had great classes and I really enjoyed them, but they focused to much on sports. All in all I really liked this school, but I do think they could improve on a few things.

I'm a 8th grade student of TE middle school and I disagree. We are not immature and impolite. This is one of the best school I've ever attended. Much better than Robert B. Pollock Elementary School and J. R. Masterman. Yes, it's better than Masterman (I'm not talking about academic), here in TE I was able to fit in more, but in Masterman everyone thinks they are the smartest. Also the teachers in TE are so much better!!!!

TE middle school isn't as glamorous as it seems. The students there are immature, impolite and full of themselves. You have not seen what they are like when they know that someone important is watching them.

My kids go to T/E and they come home everyday and I ask them what they did at school today. When I ask them, they tell me everything because they had such a fun day. Even my eight grader tells me!
