Widener Partnership Charter School

I am a supervisor of an After School Program in the city, and my concern is that although WPCS has a 5 star rating, help me understand why there are 3rd,4th, graders that can't read. They have homework that requires reading and these students can't get it done because they can't read. help me to help them.

* * * * *REVISION * * * * * My grandson has attended WCPS since its' inception and he is an honor roll student. I appauld the principal, teachers and staff for their dedication to the students. Thanks to all of you for being a special part of my grandson's educational journey.

WPCS is an excellent school for students in grades kindergarten - 4th grade. Next year they will be a K-5 school. The leadership is top notch. They have an excellent staff of teachers they are so dedicated to the children that attend the school. I'm a proud parent of a WPCS student.

We have a highly educated and dedicated staff which works hard to educate the students according to the Pennsylvania standards.

the school is before it's time the children are disaplined and learn on a one to one ratio. The art and music department is out standing and children learning spanish in first grade just don't happen in other schools there makiing sure the children are ready for the futher.... The only thing the school needs in to go to 12 grade.
