A great school is only as great as the stellar teachers within it's walls. I applaude the teachers

There is no way I can name just one teacher, in my sons pre k class he has Mrs.Melinda Erdman, Miss. Bridget Smink and Mrs.Rishel and Mrs.Sigh and together they form a truly amazing team... I'm writing this with tears welling up because my son, and all the other children in this class are incredibly blessed to have these 4 ladies. They put in their all, they truly deeply care about each child and they certainly rise above any and all expectations one could have of an educator. Mrs.Rishel does arts and crafts and we're not talking ho hum painted macaroni pictures, oh no she has very clever activities and each day I'm anxiously awaiting to see what's in his folder! Miss.Smink is the easy going always smiling ray of sunshine in class, she's always radiating positive vibes and to me that's a big deal when your around all of these impressionable little souls. Mrs.Erdman is the main teacher and she manages to keep atop of everything she's gotta be Superwoman, she has high standards for herself and sticks to them impressively, she communicates very well with the children and helps them to better communicate in a social settings, to identify their feelings and that's not easy to do for even most adults but she manages and keeps it positive! Mrs.Sigh reads the children books and teaches them the days on the calendar and cooks little snacks and helps with lunch and my son goes on and on about this Blueberry Apple sauce they made. Together, these 4 ladies have already made a lasting impression in two months that will last a lifetime, you see, in a day and age where there is so many negative things going on, it's nice... comforting even, to know when I walk away from that school each day, that he will have forged positive relationships, healthy social interactions, he will have learned something new, and that he is in very capable and caring hands. They have built a strong educational foundation for these children, and for that I am thankful.

This school is the worst school to send a child to. The teachers there do not talk to the parents about how the child is doing in the classes. And when you do have to talk to the teacher they get upset because you are questioning them. I would recommend that you NEVER put your child in this school if you have other option available. The principle does not like to get involved if there is a problem between the parent and the teacher due to lack of communication skill on the teachers part.

Most of the children in this area are being taught things that they should already know before even starting school. They are far behind the national average. It really shows in the older kids.
