I am extremely satisfied with the education my children are receiving at Susquenita Elementary. The majority of the teachers make a concerted effort to keep lines of communication open regarding students' performance and potential. When my children displayed boredom in their classes, the teachers quickly determined that accelerated and gifted classes were merited. The PTO is very active, and attendance at PTO-sponsored functions is impressive. Contrary to what this site contends, most Susquenita parents are supportive of their children's education and are extremely involved in the school's social functions and parent-teacher conferences.

I am so very pleased with the Susquenita SD. I have a child in Elementary and one in Middle School. I have moved within the last 2 years from an Urban school to Susquenita and the difference is just so staggering. The teachers are wonderful, the music and art programs are great.....perhaps I set the bar low by moving from an urban to a rural School District, but I am very happy.

Very pleased with Susquenita Elementary School. Curriculem offers computer, spanish. School seems to challenge those who are gifted. Seems same parents are involved. Need more parental involvement. PTO does alot for students.
