A#1 is just that a A#1 school! It is a school that is full of love, caring and trustworth, motivated people. The small home like atmosphere is welcoming and a place that you feel safe. The teachers work very hard ensuring children get the best education possible, always available to parents and students for help with anything. Our school may not be at the top for enrollment, have the most high tech equipment and fancy luxuries of some modern schools but I didn't think that was what mattered, is it? A#1 students learn in a fun yet disciplined environment, learning what it means to be part of a team, help one another be an active part in our community, all while having your school family. the smaller classes prove that we have a great school including scoring higher in testing and from my experience children that attend there have more motivation, respect and the best well rounded individuals. Four genations of my family have attended there and I am very grateful for the experiences I had during my k-6 years there and that the dedication of my teachers made such an impact that helped shape the person I became and I thank you Allegheny #1 and keep up the fantastic work with our kids!
