This school out-performs nearly any elementary school in a 15-mile radius, public OR private. Because local real estate prices are so affordable and crime virtually nonexistent in the neighborhood, WBES has become a magnet for smart families looking for great education for their little ones. Researchers in education should be trying to figure out what makes this school so successful -- honestly. It's one of the only high-performing elementaries in a Lehigh Valley neighborhood that is both economically and ethnically diverse.

AWESOME SCHOOL! Best in the city of Easton, if you can move to Wilson, DO IT! The principal is fantastic, loves the students and it shows! Teachers do an amazing job. I MISS Wilson so much!!!

A rare, bright light in an otherwise educationally dim part of the Lehigh Valley, Wilson Borough Elementary School is obviously doing something extraordinary. We feel very fortunate to have this asset in our community. We pray that the district and other local parents continue to nurture the school and its lucky children, if not emulate its strategies and tactics. Bravo! There are many much wealthier localities whose schools don't come even close to WBES.

Great school overall. Teachers, principal and other staff members are hard working and dedicated to health, safety, education, and character development of all students. The only down side was a lack of parental involvement in past years, but that has taken a turn for the better with more and more parents becoming and staying invloved.

My two children loved Wilson Elementary and their teachers, I've been driving them to school for 5 years but now we'll be moving and we'll miss everyone there greatly. The Teachers are very attentive to the children's needs and keep parents very involved. lots of sport sign ups and pta. activities. We loved the Talent Show. The counselors are great! I think the only thing this school really needs and lacks is the construction of a big parking lot or clossing off the street for the safety of the children and parents.Unfortunately the Borough is in charge of this.Perhaps in the future they'll come to their senses. Otherwise they're doing an awesome job. The ethnicity in this school is pretty wide. I've sat in my kids classes yearly and it's been a great experience to view and participate during this special week. Thank you all for caring.

Wilson Elementary is a wonderful school with an involved, caring principal and an amazing staff of supportive and talented teachers. The only drawback to this school is the lack of parent involvement and the school's dismissal procedures. All children from 1st grade and up come pouring out of the school at the same time and although there is a small number of staff members outside, no one really knows who's allowed to be picking up which children. There definitely needs to be some structure to this dismissal procedure because I honestly feel it's potentially dangerous. Otherwise, the children receive lots of individual attention, the class sizes are small and my kids beg to go to school even when they're not feeling well. I think the school and the quality of education overall is terrific!

The teachers are great. I feel my child was very safe in the school. Constructively their only flaw are- parent involvement or lack of and drop off and pick up of children. The dropping off and picking up of children is chaotic and unsafe.

This school has been wonderful for my daughter. They are attentive to individual children's needs and work hard to accommodate for differences. I would highly recommend Wilson Elementary.
