I am the parent of a 10th grader at the school and believe my decision to send my child to BC was one of the best I have made. The atmosphere at the school is like a family atmosphere. Everyone cares about the students, not just their academic achievement but their social and spiritual development. It is indeed a community based school with all parents, coaches, teachers and administration involved in the education of the students.

I am a proud alumni of Bishop Carroll. The education I received at BC can only be rated as *fantastic.* After graduating from this terrific school I was accepted to the University that was my first choice. I fully support BC and my kids will attend there as well!

Bishop Carroll is a caring environment and does its best on the budget it has (less than 300 students). The school is progressive, has a great reading comprehension scores and has a high number of students going on to pursue higher academics. BC is not perfect, but gets an 'A' for its efforts in my book. All my children have graduated from BC and have had very successful college and post-college experiences.

This is an excellent school. My son graduated three years ago and went on to college. He is thriving in college thanks to the education he received at Bishop Carroll.

My child graduated from Bishop Carroll and went on to a major state university. He is thriving there with the education he received from Bishop Carroll. For anyone to say that Bishop Carroll does not care about its students in ludicrous! The teachers are professional and top notch. These kids don't have things just handed to them like at the public schools. These kids work to earn any extras, which better prepares them for the 'real world'

I am a proud graduate of Bishop Carroll High School! This small, faith based educational environment nurtured me through the formative years of high school and gave me the drive, confidence and encouragement to be a successful business women today. The small class size ensured personalized attention. The teachers and administration are dedicated to educating the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.

I love BC! Everyone is so great and I couldn't see myself anywhere else. Any school is what you make it and if you want to get involved, there's plenty to get involved with here. I've had some really inspiring teachers that has made me love learning. You can not compare the quality of a catholic education. I am proud to have Jesus Christ in my classroom!

Bishop Carroll is truly a 'community' where students and their families are valued. I have never seen a school where parents are so immersed in the school, and the teachers are devoted to helping students reach their highest potential. It is great to send children off to school where religion is a part of every day, and values of home and church are reinforced. My 4 children have attended Bishop Carroll and all were accepted at the college of their choice and were academically prepared. I highly recommend Bishop Carroll and would do it all over again!

Well, when I read the most recent reviews, it sounds like the folks who wrote them are jealous and have absolutley no clue what BC is about. The football team is good due to the dedicated coaches that not only teach football, but values, respect and self-discipline! The teachers are dedicated and bend over backwards for their students. I know from first hand. My son went there and had learning and attention problems and the teachers(all of them)helped him on a personal basis. BC is excellent.

I send my child here for a Catholic Education and she is failing Religion. Why? Class has been conducted for over a month without individual textbooks. No money in the budget for books. Students share one in classroom, no homework, no class participation. No wonder they fail. For the price this is unacceptable. Principal is inconsistent and uncooperative. Football rules - nothing else matters. All my children went here and it has/is progressively deteriorating in every area from academics, discipline, and extracurricular activities. Parental involvement and concern is completely ignored by the administration. Weapons Policy and Harrassment violations are swept under the rug - depends on who you are. I am very dissatisfied.
