I go to this school. It's the best school ever, don't listen to the other reviews. Sure, we have a few 'bad eggs', but doesn't every school. We have great teachers and a friendly environment.

EMS is the best kept secret in Lancaster County. They have always had good teachers but now the school has a leader in Mr. Cuciuffo who cares about every child. He is in the halls and hes knows every single of the 700 plus students. Kids are starting to love to come to school at EMS. The students who are good students are feeling valued and safe and the students who are causing problems are being held accountable. Kudos to you Dr. Rosati and the school board for putting a top notch principal in the school and changing the culture of the school. It is about time.

Great choice for the new principal...he has turned one school around in the district, its about time that Ephrata Middle School become more student friendly. Mr. C really cares about every student, his attitude is infectious and he is a great principal. I am eagerly watching what chanes happen at the middle school for my son.

It's difficult to tell students to follow the rules when certain teachers do not provide a good example and bend and twist the rules to suit themselves. What message is being sent to students? Rules are only important when they benefit you. Otherwise, ignore them. This does not apply to all the teachers at Ephrata Middle.
