This year was a great year for my three kids at Red Mill! The teachers really pushed them to go above expectations! Sad that the Principal of 10 years is retiring. He was a great leader and will be missed by everyone! I am confident he laid a great foundation for the future of Red Mill. Our teachers are the best - very respectful to each other and to the students.
I had two children that were moved to Red Mill Elementary during the districts elementary realignment in 2006. It was the best thing to happen for my children. They both excelled. Children are taught respect and responsibility. Leadership is evident as the school is well organized from the top down. Parents are well informed and the children are challenged to always exceed expectation, yet supported where needed. Relationships between the teachers and parents are professional yet constant. There are plenty of additional activities both during and after school throughout the school year. We have moved over the summer and I can only pray that our experience with our new school is half as good as it was at Red Mill Elementary. It should score much higher than this.
If you get involved and stay involved, your child will have a good experience at this school.

Red Mill is an excellent elementary school. The teachers are fantastic and work hard to help the students achieve their potential.
With My Third child just starting here and two older ones that have moved on,I have been very pleased with Red Mill. Both of my older children were able to take different music lessons, and participate in basketball in fifth grade. In forth and fifth grades I had problems with my oldest completing schoolwork, both years his teachers worked very closely with me to overcome these his issues. Often with daily e-mails and group meetings whenever I needed them.
