INTERMEDIATE

Want to improve this school’s profile? You can!

All schools on GreatSchools begin with BASIC completeness, which includes important information like contact details and test scores. It’s up to the school community to take the next steps. As a parent or community member, you can share what you know with other families by writing a review or answering a few questions about what the school offers. As a school leader, you can upload photos, describe school programs, and more with an Official school profile.

The completeness meter moves to INTERMEDIATE, then ADVANCED, and finally HONOR ROLL as you complete the following: 10 or more reviews, at least 1 photo, and 9 program questions parents find helpful.

One of the reasons we moved to our specific area was so that our daughter could attend 7th street school, which she will go into fall of 2012. There is a threat of closing, and I am devastated. I will surely be moving, or else homeschool her if we lose this most wonderful amazing school.

I have never seen a school where there is such a good working relationship between parents and teachers. It has to have a good effect on the students. I am glad that my grandchildren attend Seventh Street Elementary.

I love 7th St school for the nuturing environment they provide to my children. They know the children within the walls of this school not just what their grades are but who they are as individuals and what they are about. They promote a family friendly atmosphere. The teachers are very approachable and I sense they want my children to succeed and help them to do so. When your child spends the majority of their day in a setting you want to have the feeling they are cared for, at 7th street school Iam confident they are.

My nephew has gone to 7th street elementary school the past three years, his teachers are patient, kind, and creative in their lessons. The school is a rare gem that rarely exist anymore. The programs they have that include the whole family are special for aunts and grandparents that value the childs development. It is amzing to hear what my nephew is learning, and his social skills of his community. The city of franklin and 7th street school are truly special and unique that are lost in bigger schools and towns.

All three of my grandchildren have gone to Seventh Street School, one of them is in 5th grade there this year and each one has loved going there. In this day of large schools, with many students, Seventh Street reminds you of times gone by. It is just big enough for each child to be treated as an individual and not only be taught their lessons, but looked after and cared for like they were in their own homes. The atmosphere is so pleasant, cheerful and homey. The teachers and all who work there are so great at their jobs and know each kid and their family personally. The kids love going there and I love the fact that when they leave there, they have good memories that never will be forgotten.

I love 7th Street Elelmentary School because it is not overcrowded and I feel like I can talk to my child's teacher at any time, through email, phone, or post it notes! The cafeteria program is great and it's not only easy for us parents to pay for our children's meals, but it teaches the kids how to use new technology when paying for their meal. They have great technology throughout the classrooms.

Seventh Street Elementary School in Franklin, Pa has a wonderfully gifted team of teachers and staff who work tirelessly to help students learn and grow. This small, nurturing neighborhood school possesses a positive environment where students thrive and bloom. My son has loved his experiences at school and looks forward to what each new day will bring:) As a parent, I couldn't be more happy with our neighborhood school or more satisfied with the quality of education my son receives. He's happy, excited, interested in learning and succeeding all from the support and encouragement he receives daily.
