This will be our 5th yr @ ACCA and really like it. The teachers are great and so far the teachers do not give homework on wed evenings cause of prayer meeting and none on Fridays cause of the wk-end. That is a great help. The boys really enjoy it and it is nice how they have the service hrs so we as parents can get involved,

This is my daughter's first year at Adams County Christian Academy and so far we have been very happy. Her teacher is very caring and patient. Communication between us is great. She addresses any concerns that I have. The classroom is clean and organized. I feel she is safe when I drop her off. There is lots of room for the kids to play outside and lots of after school activities. Most importantly I feel that my daughter is being mentored by God loving teachers. We are very happy here.

We have been at ACCA for 5 years now and we love it. My daughters are receiving a solid Christian education in a loving environment. Their teachers (both are still in elementary) are incredible. They are dedicated to helping the children learn and be their best. I feel very safe and comfortable leaving my children at school every day. We always wanted our children's education to be an extension of what we teach them at home. At ACCA they are getting a well- rounded Christ- centered education. We thank God for bringing us to ACCA!!!!!

My daughter transferred to ACCA this year after being in her previous school for 4 years. She fit right in and made new friends immediately. Her teacher took her under her wings and goes out of her way to help my daughter keep up and do better in the classroom. My daughter loves ACCA. We are so happy that we made the switch and pray that each year is as good as this one.

My two children have attended ACCA for two years now. The preschool program (half- or full-day with a full teaching curriculum) has been fantastic for my daughter. She has really grown over the past two years. The pre-K teaching staff are supportive, kind, and truly care for my child. The first and second grade staff have been essential to educational, character, and spiritual growth of my son. He has learned so much. The small class sizes have helped both of my children to receive the attention and support that they need at this early stage of their schooling. My kids LOVE ACCA. They love going to school each day, and I love that. The school staff are friendly and parents are encouraged to be involved in the school, which I like as well. ACCA works to create a sense of community (among the students, parents, and staff) -- I like this. And, I love that my kids interact with the older students. My kids walk down the hall and talk to their fellow students (younger and older), parents, and teachers -- how cool is that?! I am truly grateful that we have ACCA in our community and that my children attend school there.

My two children have attended ACCA for the past four years. We are truly blessed to have such an institution in this community. For a small school, the students are challenged academically and engage activities outside of the immediate community. The sports programs are as varied as the arts programs; the teachers, parents and staff are truly dedicated to the students and their welfare; students mentor younger students and peers. The new principal has raised the bar this year and it is a testament to her commitment to the students, their families, and the value of a Christian-based education. The newly elected board members have embarked on dynamic efforts to manage and oversee the schools operations and vision. And they have brought more professional elements to the table which is evident in many aspects. These teachers, faculty, staff, and board members are active participants because of their dedication to their profession and service to others. I appreciate all that they do and contribute to my childrens' character development. The life lessons and experiences that the students gain will serve them well in the future. I highly recommend ACCA.

Our daughter has been at ACCA four years, now entering the tenth grade. The thought of sending her anywhere else is out of the question. She has emotional, learning, and home challenges due to her adoption and a father who is now chronically ill with life threatening problems. The staff at ACCa have been there every step of the way for our daughter and our family. Her learning support teacher is just fantastic and works patiently with her. She has come a very long way in all areas. Emotionally each teacher has taken a personal interest in her and is there to help or pray with her. They give her excellent life, spiritual, and learning support as needed without taking control over her decisions, etc. All teachers can be contacted at anytime. I do not know what I would do with ACCA. They are a true blessing to the children and to us. Each teacher I've had contact with lives the lifestyle I want my daughter to have. She sees it lived everyday. Classes are challenging and fun for her also. The teachers put a lot of effort in their teaching and it shows. The wonderfully small classes allow her to feel like a family. She knows everyone and feels safe and loved.

This is our child's 5th year at ACCA, and we are very happy with the school. We're so grateful to have an alternative to public school, and ACCA has been the perfect fit for us. The teachers do not overload the kids with homework, which I appreciate, as I believe it is important to leave time for activities outside of school. Fairly recently, there was a change in principal's, and I think the new principal is doing an outstanding job. I feel our child is getting a good education in a caring, Christian environment., which is hard to come by nowadays. ACCA is indeed a "great school".

This has been our first year having children enrolled at ACCA. We have been impressed by how much our son and daughter are learning and growing. The teachers are dedicated to the students, not only on an academic and biblical level but also on a personal level. We look forward to enrolling our third child in preschool at ACCA in the fall. We anticipate a bright future. God is good!

Teachers are wonderful. They move on to better paying jobs, which is understandable. Board is out of touch and lacking in skills to make the school a success. They have been a school for 25 years and are still struggling. Again because of lack of bringing in professionals. Kids learn nutritian in class, but are eating terribly with lunchroom and class parties. A party consists of bags of chips, bottles of soda, cupcakes, ice cream, candy. Nothing healthy. Lunchroom help should be certified and learn basic food groups. A few tweeks and the school could be wonderful. It's like talking to brick walls. The church listens even less than the board. Very sad when so many have tried to help them grow. Again, in the class with the teachers it's an ok place. Everything else is lacking. Qualified parents get turned away. Most people turn to homeschooling out of frustration. Wish it was a better place. Also odd how they are not involved with the community at all.

ACCA is a blessing in our lives. It is comforting to know that my child is receiving a quality education that challenges not only the intellectual mind, but also inspires spiritual growth and community service. The children are taught principles for life. ACCA, like every school, faces challenges, but God has provided teachers who are qualified, Christ-like, loving, and sacrificial. Our family loves ACCA!

ACCA (as we affectionately call it) has been such a blessing for my family. Our children began attending ACCA in 2007. Our children have thrived as a result of the small class sizes, and individual attention they get from the teachers. The students are accepting & helpful to new students, and hold each other accountable to a higher standard of living. The new principle and leadership is taking what was a very good school & leading it to a school of excellence. In addition to academics, my sons have been involved in basketball, soccer, track, drama, band & chorus. We are very thankful to have ACCA as an option for our children's education.

My children attend ACCA and have for the past 5 or so years. We moved our daughter from public school when my husband was having some health issues and her teacher welcomed her with open arms and gave her comfort and prayer. My son has not known the public school environment. This school is just an extention of my church family and we love it there. It is so nice to have the security in knowing that my children are being taught biblical principles in their daily lives.

I went to ACCA for 7 and 1/2 years. ACCA was amazing at first, I loved it and learned so much everyday. But the past year 2011, has been horrible. The teachers were rude, I wasnt learning anything, and even though the scool "claims" to be bully free, kids, including me were bulled daily. The problem was, when you went to the principal he wouldnt do anything about it. The school board wont step in, and the teachers gossip to each other about the students that attend ACCA. One of the teachers actually wouldnt teach us during class, he would sit at his computer, and do who knows what while the students talked amongst themselves. Save your time and money, and do not go to ACCA.
I am a graduate of ACCA and was fully prepared for college and life. The teachers were amazing, taking personal interest in the lives of their students. There was no bullying while I was there, but it did get lonely occasionally because I truly wanted to follow the Lord, and not everybody in my classes did. The teachers were a great support in living the Christian life. Though it is small, it is a marvelous school
My children have attended ACCA since they began preschool and they are now in 8th and 6th grades. We feel confident in sending our children to ACCA that they are getting individualized attention, a solid education, and Christian support from their very qualified teachers.

My daughter has gone to ACCA for 7 years now & she just loves it. We find it very fitting in our christian lives. By sending your child to a christian school, you are making a statement, about your christian life.
