I dont know why this school is rated 9 out of 10. First off, the amount of drugs in this school is overwehlming causing many familys to move just for the drugs alone. The bullying that takes place leaves kids feeling threatened everyday while they go to school. Not to mention the size of the school is well over populated leaving teachers treating students like numbers than people. I went there for four years and have had teachers barley know my name at the end of the year. Overall it was a terrible school district and I suggest looking into another school district.

This school is challenging for students because of the great teachers. My kids (two already though, one to go) are better academically, socially, and as people as a result of the staff and school environment.

I was a student there for several years. The activities and classes offered were amazing and provided lots of choices for the students. The size of the school was overwhelming, and most teachers seemed to treat the students as numbers rather than people. The academics were amazing, but it seemed like they were just passing each child onto the next grade. All in all, I am pleased with the education I recieved, but if a student wants to feel welcome, recieved, and not just as a blank face, it's probably not the best school.

Seneca valley has provided my children with a spectacular education. SV teachers are motivated to push the students to maximum academic potential. The staff has always been willing to apply as many resources as needed to address my child s individual needs. There are plenty of activities for all students to participate. This is a great environment for both the academically oriented children as well as athletically gifted.

I believe the academic programs are adequate but do believe that they are looking to just pass the child onto the next grade. They have great extracurricular activities.

Highly recommended school! I am a graduate of this school, and can't find anything bad to say about the school. Faculty members are all hardworking and their regular & extracurricular programs are wonderful.
