My child has attended 1 year of preschool and has just about completed kindergarten and we could not be more pleased with his education. We compared other private schools in the area and they were all more expensive with less to offer. The school welcomes parents to volunteer to help lower cost but is not required. The new Principal Sis. Mary Sweeney knew my childs name within the 1st week and says hello to him by name whenever I drop him off at school each morning. His teacher, Mrs Buchmoyer is fantastic, she really cares about her students.

Not willing to help a potentially special needs child. Their answer is is child is a saftey issue, and was to remove him from the school until the proper evaluations are obtained, and even once evaluations are obtained and diagnosis given they still can not guarantee they can help the child. How is it benefical to a child to send them home, when it is agreed by the prinicipal, gudiance counselor, special needs teacher and Kindergarten teacher that structure is very important for the child. Being sent home does not teach him what he needs. Esp if he is a special needs child. Extremely disappointed with the way this school has handled the situations at hand. And they are rely i feel too much on parents to volunteer and do jobs at the school. Do not get me wrong it is very great to have parents involved, however if you are unable to be a parent who can volunteer, I feel you are looked down upon. Well to send your child to a school that costs so much, in reality parents have to work. We are not all indepentatly wealthy.

Love my children's school! Highly recommend it to anyone thinking of changing schools for a better overall environment for their child. Teachers are wonderful.

This is a wonderful school! The environment is very conducive to student learning in a caring and safe atmosphere. The teachers are excellent and the state test scores support that claim. Having two children in the school, I can attest to how well the classmates get along and develop strong friendships. Everyone in the class is friends with one another, almost like a family relationship between the students. The students are challenged academically and are afforded opportunities for extra curricular activities. The school has a strong basketball program in addition to co-ed soccer, cheerleading and track and field. Parent involvement is very strong with an active and helpful PTO association supporting both the students and faculty. Overall an excellent choice to build a solid foundation for future educational success.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
