This is a great academic school. The teachers, in general, love their students and are very good at teaching and helping those student who need help. The only disadvantage of this school is their policies and school board. These people, although respected throughout the community, are some of the worst decision-makers ever. A majority of them make policies based on their gain. Also, it seems as if the school board has no sense of reality when to comes to knowing the students and Yough High School. I feel that, if the school board members would have more of a grasp on what it's like being a student at Yough High School, the policies would greater reflect the students, thus creating a better, more efficient, learning environment.
