Wonderful school with the best teachers. Faith based and great academic courses make Kennedy Catholic High School the best in the region.

I have two children enrolled in the high school. The teachers expect a high amount of responsibility from the kids which in return they have respect. The top 20 percent of each class are gifted. Great gem for hermitage. More scholarships than any public school.

Worth the additional expense of tuition and transportation from a surrounding failing school district. The "Honors" academic program offered is challenging Some of the course work was beyond what I had in similar college level courses. The teachers and staff were excellent in assisting where I could not. Would prefer that they only advertise the amount of college scholarship money accepted by graduating class, not total amount offered to them.

This school is awesome! Well worth tuition. The student/teacher ratio is great and the teachers are there because they love what they do... not just to collect a paycheck like at some of the area public schools. (where some teachers are known to tell the student that they hate teaching or hate boys/girls) Everyone is accepted, everyone get along with each other...why? Because that is what is expected of them! If you are looking for a school where your child will advance and thrive, this is it. Scholarships to the graduating senior are astronomical... no one who wants to go to college and have applied for major scholarships doesn't get them. (not so for the public schools where a typical scholarship is $500 if anything at all. the majority of student graduate with nothing... the typical for KC is in the thousands and most students receive multiple scholarships) Highly recommended

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
