I love the Jamestown school district as it is a school that take great pride in its students. For the last 20 years,my 2 older children both graduated there. My youngest is now in the 4th grade and loves school, the teachers, and hie peers. They recently had their PSSA's and My son couldn't wait to go back to school to learn more. The teachers help my son to strive in the subjects which are difficault for him and never give up... Thank you to all of the teachers..

This school is by far the best i have seen in a long time the teachers excel to know more about their students and really try to get the parents involved in their child's activies. At first i thought my child would have a hard time but she has met alot of kids and doing very well in her classes. An A+ from me

As a parent of two children in the Jamestown School District I would like to say that I have been impressed with how my children have been both challenged and assisted when needed. I feel that the staff has been both helpful and approachable when I have had a concern regarding my children.

It is with tremendous pride that I have given Jamestown Elementary School an outstanding rating. With our second child currently attending the J.E.S. we have seen the teachers and affiliates strive to make this school a model school district. Just as other schools have made trial and errors, J.E.S. will continue to do the same to only have the best outcome because of it. Included in this outstanding rating, I must give credit to the parents whom also contribute a support system through voluneering, P.T.O. sponsored activites. The school to parent lines of communication keep everyone on the same page. The after school tutoring and extra curricular clubs, and sports are an added bonus. We also hope to see the school district continue helping the students with 'special needs' whether they are students with a special talents or those who may need the extra reinforcements, go J.E.S.
