I went to this school, and my child has gone to it until we moved. It is a great school! Teachers are caring and more personal than of the larger schools I've experienced. This is one of the best schools around!
I myself went to Avis Elementary and my 2 girls attended it also. I have 1 in her last year there and sice moving from a larger city, my girls LOVE it here.The teachers are the best I have seen in a long time. The principal is wounderful. Everyone at the school makes you feel welcome everytime you go there or even call. There are special classes when the children might need that little bit of help with reading or other things they may be struggling with.They are always doing fun things with the children.They also have great parent support for the school.I really think Avis Elementary School is the best school around !
