I moved to this area 13 years ago primarily due to the idyllic school setting. It was the best decision I ever made. I have three children in the school and quite frankly it is the best school I have ever seen. The teachers and staff are top notch. You can tell they enjoy working here and it shows in the children too. I have never seen a happier group of kids. Their academic achievement is higher than other schools in the area. The classrooms are super clean, neat and modern with plenty of space for the children. The class sizes are comparable to the most sought after private schools. All this nestled in the backdrop of corn fields and rolling hills, far from the hustle and bustle of the highways and businesses. I cannot imagine a better learning environment for K-5 children. Keep up the great work!

If there was a model school as far as over all staff involvement with the children, this would be it. From our Principal to the Custodian, Albany staff cares. Encouragement starts from the moment your child walks in the door, in the morning to many after school activities. One of my children had a reading disability and even though after years of stuggling, he now loves to read and does very well with it. Thanks to everyone at Albany. Teachers not only worked with my son but also worked after school to help me learn how to work with my son. My husband and I feel truly blessed to be raising our children in this District.
