We will really miss Mrs. Miller as principal. She went out of her way to work with families and teachers. My children love her. Under her leadership, Elk Valley has become a great school.

This school is so under scored! Everything about it is so fantastic. Everyone goes above and beyond, the teachers, staff and administration. They offer so much to help and support the kids. I love EVES!

I love the teachers, the children are very bright and have many cool and different ideas and the atmosphere is fun and happy. My children have reading disabilities and the school works well with them and I am really seeing an inprovement in reading and attitude towards reading because of the teachers and the Title 1 teachers!

I am fairly satisfied with the curriculum with the exception of the lack of any language programs. Spanish or French must be offered at any elementary level. If we are to compete Globally we must have these programs for our children. This is a prime age group for children to pick up language and begin to have an interest.

This is an outstanding school. They have so many creative educational programs, and fun things for the kids and families to do. The principal, Mr. Horn, is very involved, and highly accessible to parents. My son is in 3rd grade this year, and I've been very pleased with his teachers. There's no worries that he'll get a 'bad teacher' because there aren't any! Parents are very welcome to volunteer and participate.

I think the best thing about the this school is how much the teachers care about the kids and that Mr Horn has stayed. My daughter loves this school and I hope all her teachers in the future keep her interested in learning and not turned off. So far all her teachers have been great. I would recommend this school to anyone.
