Sugar Valley Rural Charter School

My daughter just started to attend this school and she seems to feel comfortable there. SVRCS has more flexibility than a normal public school and make every effort to include the parents in the child's educational experience. A 2 out of 10 score is only based on PSSA testing, which is unfortunate, since SVRCS offers so much more than standardized curriculum. This is a great school and I am SO THANKFUL to have this as an option for my child! THANK YOU!

The staff and students alike enjoy the small class sizes and there is a feeling of community when you enter the buildings. My children have learned more than just reading and writing while attending this wonderful establishment. There is a true commitment to the success of the students as individuals at the Sugar Valley Rural Charter School.

This is a wonderful school! Children are treated as individuals and not numbers. Good, old fashioned discipline and respect are used in this school. The small student to teacher ratio is great in that it assures the students a thorough education and understanding of concepts. The principal is always accessible and is very fair in her decisions. We are blessed to have found this school for our child. Keep up the good work!

I am fortunate and glad that my children attend the SVRCS. Having that one-on-one interaction where all of the teachers are concerned about the students well-being and education is great! I just wished that they would start to add athletic teams for it's students.

I have two children that attend this school and they are gaining a great education and they are more than a number they are indivduals! I would never send my children to Central Mountain!

the charter school is probably the best thing to ever happen to sugar valley since the closure of sugar valley high
