A.J. McMullen middle school is a very peaceful and quiet school. Things here are always based on education. Three different types of math classes are offered here general math, pre-algebra and algebra 1. There are also classes to help the academically challenged students too these classes are life skills and learning support. A.J. McMullen also has a variety of extracurricular activities such as boys and girls basketball, cross country, track, football, soccer, wrestling, swimming, and cheerleading. There is also a cornucopia of clubs to join math competition team, 24 club, reading competition team, SADD club, yearbook, student council, and debate team are just a few. To be eligible to go to A.J. you must attend Marclay or Wharton elementary schools.
