I am pleased with Montour High School. My daughter, a senior in January of 10 transferred to Montour High School. We had transferred from Mount Pocono School district and I found out she almost had all the requirements for grad. Thankfully, she had not much to do complete to graduate. I am grateful she was on her game, and Montour could see it. At first, they thought she was behind but we found out she was ahead in all her classes. I am staying because I have 2 other children rising to the High School in 2014.

This school is at least 3 years behind in academics. My daughter withdrew from this school after going for two weeks, because she was too smart and they refused to move her up a grade.

I think Montour High School has great teachers, who know what they are talking about. On open house I met my daughter's history teacher. He was awesome and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. She really likes all of her teachers.
