My daughter loves this school. The student to teacher ratio is 2 to 12. I love that she can progress in areas she is most interested in without having to wait for the entire classroom to catch up with her, or she doesn't have to miss anything if she needs more time in a particular area. She is going into first grade next year and she already can read. She's been writing her name for the last three years. She loves her 'work' and is very proud of her accomplishments. Now if only I could get her to keep her home enviroment as orderly as her classroom!

Wonderful small private school. The Montessori method has been fantastic for both of our kids, creating great behavior and advanced learning for their age. Fantastic student teacher ratio of 6/1 and dedicated teachers. Convenient dropoff for 6 cars covered from the weather.

The Montessori School has been a great resource for our daughter (4). She has become far more cooperative, patient and she communicates better then when she started. She had been to a daycare last year but I felt the situation was too chaotic. I wanted a school where she could learn rather than a babysitter. I have read that a kids brain developes its capacity to learn betweeen ages 3 and 6. I want her to be the best she can be throughout her life and The Montessori School and Children's House is giving her the base that she should have. She is 4 1/2 and walking around pronouncing words and identifying the first letter sound of the first letter of the word (i.e. 'pool, puh, puh, that starts with the puh sound like puppy') I love that she loves learning. She's 1 letter away from spelling her 9 letter name.
