Londonderry has a highly qualified, caring and outstanding staff with a curriculum that teaches, challenges and leaves room for those who need more time. Most of the after school activities are sponsored by the PTO and are lots of fun for the children, families, and teachers. The school has dedicated parent volunteers and all parents are welcomed and invited in the classroom. The school has embraced the team effort required to teach children, including the child, parents or guardians, teachers and administration. This school has high standards and the children respond by striving and giving their best. It is definitely an A+.
I feel as if they think the parents have to do all the teaching. What do we pay school taxes for? I spend two hours a day with my daughter and her teacher tells me she has to work harder. It takes both the parent and teacher and besides she's only in kindergarten.
