I graduated from St. Nicks two years ago and I think this is a great school. It prepares you for high school and the curriculum is up to par. I really liked it here, because since the classes were so small you got lots of one on one time with your teacher. I am now one of the top students in my class at my high school, so i do think St. Nicks really prepared me for high school. They also have many other classes such as computers, spanish, gym, art etc. I would recommend St. Nicks!

I have also just graduated from this school last year and I think it is a great school. I attended St. Nicks from K-8 and I loved every second of it. It also prepared me for high school, and the curriculum is great. The teacher's are very kind and helpful. Having smaller classes than an average public school also has advantages because each student gets one on one time with the teacher. They also have extra classes such as Computer, Spanish, Art and Gym class. The Religion program here is also very good. The tuition to go here is very affordable too.

i have just graduated from st nicks and all of the teachers are amazing there are well experienced and kind teachers there is now a preschool and from what i have heard it is an excelent prongram for preschoolers This School has ALOT of involvment with Nativity B.V.M. high school with all of the grades from st nicks. i myself just graduating think this school is great. as far as tuition i am not sure of the price for the 2012-2013 school year but last years tuition was $1,500 and and a $25 dollar registration fee that witch that is far. i think st nicks prepared me for high school The school has a wounder religion class. there are small class sizes and one on one time with each student. there is a coumputer and spanish classes for grades k-8. the school has COGAT testing for 3,5,7th grades and IOWA testing for grades 3,4,5,6,7,8. Also the school prepared me for high school through 6,7,8 grades switching classes. 6,7,8 grades have these classes Math,Science,Social Studies,Literature/Reading,English,Vocabulary,Gym,Spanish,Religion, Computers,Music,Art. There are 180 school days 7 hour days and transportation. So I find this school WOUNDERFUL!!!

My child goes to this school. He enjoys it and looks forward to going everyday. The classes are small and the teachers are excellent. He is learning above his grade level.

I am a graduate of St.Nick's and it does not prepare you at all for high school. It's all about the drama here.

I wouldn't recomend this school very much. This is a very bad school for children who want to go to high schools. One thing no uniform! Thank you.

I have been going to St. Nicholas school for nine years. I am an eight-grader. The good things follow: ~Theatre-they have small christian plays, it is better than no plays at all ~Food-it is the best since i was in 5th grade ~Education-we are ahead of a lot of schools...example-we are in Algebra I while some other schools are in pre-algebra ~classes-they are smaller, so the teachers know your names Bad qualities: ~Teachers-the teachers don't help and are too strict on you ~Tuition-I am not very aware of the price, but there was many, many complaints, ~Teams-we only have basketball teams, some of our students even go to other teams This school has changed drastically. It has now been beaten! It still is better than some of the schools, but I would personally not recomned this. If you were going to pick this school or good sheperd i would personally pick this school.

My son has gone to St. Nick's for 7 years. This is truly a fantastic school. St. Nick's nurtures discipline but allows enough room for individuality. Overall the staff is amazing and truly cares about each child and makes time to get to know every student. Most importantly my son loves school. It is highly ranked nationally with standardized test score and instills the virtues all parents hold important for their children.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
