Great school, wonderful staff, my children enjoy going to school every day. My children learn so much and come home sharing everything about their day.

Working parents beware. Unfortunately I had to switch to another daycare because Kinder Works is closed too many days. I started a new job and don t have enough PTO to keep my daughter at this daycare. This year they have 11 scheduled days closed (this does not include 6 major holidays) for in-service, spring break, etc. They follow the local school district plan with regard to weather related school delays/closings so had 4 days closed due to snow and 3 late opening/early dismissal. That is 15 days (3 weeks) of PTO time! And an infant in daycare will be sick often. At 12K per year, I need them to be open. I would not recommend Kinder Works as a daycare provider it is not conducive to a working parent's schedule and way too stressful not knowing if the daycare is open during inclement weather.

Fantastic school for social & academic preparation: We now have our second child in this preschool, and have been thrilled with the experiences both have had. The school provides both social and academic development. The teachers are professional and caring.

I have had my two children in Kinder Works for the past 5 years. I chose this school because it is better than any of the others in so many ways. As I am a professional educator, I looked for excellent staff and program. The Kinder Works curriculum is the best around, and the teachers are not only qualified, they are also wonderful people. AND this school is CLEAN! The staff do everything well, from daily activities, to big events (their festivals are fabulous) to CLEANING EVERYTHING.

I recommend Kinder Works to everyone. You won't find a better place to put your child in other than Kinder Works. The teachers and administration go above and beyond!! They are all skilled professionals who create a caring and nurturing environment. Both of my children have graduated from Kinder Works and I must say if they went up to 12th grade I would pay for my children to go there. The building is clean, unlike the typical daycares I have toured. The program excels above and beyond any I've seen, and the children are constantly being stimulated by rotating from left brain to right brain. If you haven't toured you should. You will find nothing that compares!!

Horrible,Horrible experience!! First when me and my husband went to see it,we were overwhelmed by the decor and the different classes that they offer..I took my kid out there after the 3 week!! She got a pink eye at the first week, runny noise and fever second week, and caught another pink eye the 3 week!! and on top of this she got us all sick and we are still recovering!! My Poor little thing still didnt recover yet,we took her to her pedtrician again and told us that she has infection in both ears.. GREAT!!! They allow other sick kids to coming althought they claimed that they don't allow it!! I am so upset and had to quit my job to stay home and take care of my baby:((

I'm having the same problem as my daughter tends to get sick at this place!!One of my best friend is having the same issue with her son. It's one of the common things as there are many children in there and when one gets sick, others tend to follow. I've been thinking the same things as you.The daycare centre must be at all the time hygenic and regulary cleaning the toys and equipment.I would wonder if the teachers are properly washing the children's hands. Toys should be cleaned and disinfected at the end of everyday, unless a toy goes in a child's mouth....which it should be cleaned immediately!!

I can Everyone has a different view on the topic, but personally I would rather spare my child colds and flus and the like...we don't actually develop immunity to many of those things anyway (that's why we get them again and again), and according to my pediatrician, children under a year old really don't retain cellular memory of most of the illnesses they get until their immune system is more developed (meaning they are physically older, not that they have used their immune systems more or less often). So...whether it's a good thing to have them sick all the time is up for debate. I prefer to have my son happy and healthy and since I do have the option of keeping him out of daycare and with a family member, I'm glad to take advantage of that. There's only so much we can do, but I try to do everything I can to minimize my son's exposure as much as he can!!

Kinder Works has been a blessing to our family. We had some bad experiences at other places...and we are so happy that we found this place! Our children love it there, and they have learned so much with all of the excellent teachers. The staff. Well. What can I say. they are wonderful people, and dedicated, and professional. Such credentials! The curriculum is well-rounded, and really stands out from all of the others. Their EQ stuff is amazing. My husband and I have learned so much from this place. All we can say is: thank you!
