The teachers are the best
My daughter is now in first grade and loves everything about it. The parent-teacher communication has been wonderful. Overall it's a great school.
i have asked other parents with children the same age as mine, with children in differant schools and this school seems to be teaching more...i am very pleased with my childs progress. she came out of kindergarten reading and is doing very well in first grade, learning alot.
I have been very pleased with my child's education at Myers Elementary School. She is more advanced than children in other school districts and the faculty is wonderful.
Educationally, this school is moving in the right direction. Teachers have embraced standards-based instruction as well as differentiating to student needs. Teachers and administration are very approachable.
Parents must be involved in an elementary student's education in today's world. Extracurricular activities in the elementary school are run by parents, teachers are not much involved.
