Jackson Elementary School

Please rethink about moving your child into this school distict. My son had 2 great teachers in the 6 years he was there. The others seemed to have no clue on how to treat children. They had college degrees, but seem to know nothing about children. My son forgot to put a date on his homework and was made to stand outside at recess, along the wall, with a book, in 20 degree weather. That is just one horror story, there were many more over the years. Needless to say, we no longer live in that district.

i don't know the kindergarden teacher you had but the one we had was great and loved the kids keep up the good work mrs.z

excellent school, kindergarten teacher leaves very much to be desired but the rest of the teaching staff is great. Also avoid the secretary in the office. The principal has an open door policy and is very very approachable. The PTA is awesome they work very hard to raise money for the school and the children.
