Great school. Reading the comments below, I couldn't disagree more with the parent about special ed. More money and resources go into that program than anything else in our district. I'm watching the "middle of the bell curve" slowly get ignored because parents of special needs kids keep demanding more and more and constantly suing.

The school has a good academic programs but the students have a lot of boundaries around them, a lot of rich, snobby people. My child feels uncomfortable learning with the students and if we did anything, we had the freedom of speech.

Special needs team tries their hardest but the school does not seem to "get it". This is a school with alot of opportunity for main stream kids only. If your child is not in the dead center of the bell curve, look elsewhere.

WOW! My daughter came to Welsh Valley after 8 years at a very prestigious private school and I am so impressed. The acadmic challenge is definately on par with what she is used to and the teachers are well-educated, caring and focused. I am so glad we made the switch! This is a great environment for a child!

My teachers are unkind and make learning not fun at all. School seems more like a torture method than an education.

Mediocre poor administration, principle out if touch. Not creative educational tools. Teaching staff good May be it is just the middle school level. From the 2 middle schools in this district I believe this one is lesser. No stars
