I removed my child from Panther Valley for a few serious reasons. I'll start off by saying she is 5 years old (kindergarten) she was picked on and bullied to the point one of the children knocked her out of her chair and banged her head so the teacher had to give her an ice pack. I was never notified of this incident. Another time they put her on the wrong bus, thank God she knew her name and where she lived. The school does not call to check on your children if they are not in school like they say they do. There is no security whatsoever, anyone can just walk right in. Also anyone can remove any child off the bus, they do not check. Anyone can enter the school and ask to interview your child without your permission. If you do not like this, you have to have a lawyer send a note to the school declining all interviews without a parent present. I recommend no one sends their children to this school system. There are alternative better education sources out there. If you need a few just ask. If i could i would give this school system a -5 rating

I saw this school and instantly felt sad for the children. Bus drivers screaming at first day kindergarteners,, noone helping them off the bus. Anyone can walk right into that school.

wish that there was more emphasis on the student and less on PSSA testing. And How about an accellerated program for students as well as a more individual learning situation for students who need the help. This school lumps all the kids together and those who need help, struggle , and those who don't need the help are bored. And students in trailers as classrooms, should not happen!

The school does not keep up with national averagesand just maintains the minimum curriculum (CV).

Its a sad little school, it does not promote the individual, the students only have science sometimes when they have library, not more than 1 time a week.
