because its a small school district so the class are smaller giving the kids great attention if needed
Union Memorial Elementary School is awesome! The previous review must not be talking about the same school! The administration and teachers are truly dedicated taking extra time out of their own busy schedules to plan and coordinate after-school tutoring, Library PM activities, Family Reading/Math Nights and many other student/family events. Anytime I've had any concerns or questions, both the teachers and administrators were willing to talk and discuss matters in a very professional manner on the phone or during scheduled conferences. Again this shows how the staff goes above and beyond their call of duty to meet the needs of all students. Discipline has always been handled with current techniques like positive reinforcement, student input on class rules/consequences, and if needed 'time-out' to help refocus the student. GRADE: A+ on an outstanding job! Keep up the excellent work!
