This is a great Christian school! The student to teacher ratio is small, making it easier for teachers to catch on early to students who made need a little extra help and attention.

This school is in a good location, is small enough to be able to help students with one-on-one help, and the teachers and principal are very friendly.

Faith Mountain Christian Academy has provided a wonderful environment for the students who attend there. The teachers are there because they want to be there and not just because it's a job. The Christian based teaching and the morals that the children are exxposed to simply cannot be reached at a public school. I have 3 grown children who went thru school with a public education and I can see the difference first hand. The draw back to this school is the fact that there are not more students to share in the learning experience. Having more students would also stimulate the budget and and provide for the possibility to grow to having grades offered thru 12th grade rather than the current 8th grade level. Hats off to the teachers and the parents as well as the students.

What a blessing to be able to teach children the Word of God everyday! Our academic program is excellent, and the learning environment is wonderful because of teacher to student ratio. This school is a gem- one of northeast PA's best kept secrets.
