Woodland identified that my son was falling behind in the first grade and had 8 individuals from specialty areas work wth me and my wife to transition him and now 4 years later he is doing unbelievably well. I don't know how they did it - that is taking the extra time to give us so much personal assistance. Truly amazing considering how little they earn and what an important job they have. I cannot express my gratitude in enough ways. I am certain they desrve this honor.
