Application/ enrollment process details St. Helena-Incarnation Catholic School provides a high-quality, safe, Catholic education in Philadelphia. We welcome students of all faiths. As an independent Catholic school, you do not need to be a member of the parish to become a part of our school family. We accept applications for Grades Pre-K to 8 at any time of the school year. The application fee is $10 per student. Computers and staff are available to help—please call Ms. Natalie West if you need assistance.
