My daughter has dyslexic and ADD they helped tailor a system to help her succeed.

They work together with each student and parent to make sure the student receives an education tailored to her needs.

Amazing school. My daughter thrives here academically, athletically, and socially. The staff and administration work with the student and parents to assure the student receive an education tailored for her needs. They help her succeed in her strengths and give her the knowledge and support to strengthen her weaknesses. One of the best all girls Catholic high schools. The location in center city is in the heart of the art and museums area. Culture and diversity permeates the air. Hallahan a sisterhood that will last a lifetime!

Develops character: Strongly agree

- a
The girls are taught discipline, self-respect and respect for others as the teachers and staff lead by example.

the word that comes to mind to me for Hallahan is sisterhood. As you walk the halls you hear the girls chatting heading to their classes or stopping in to visit a favorite teacher. When you enter Hallahan there is a feeling of home. And as they say, Home is where the Heart is. I am thrilled my two daughters have chosen Hallahan to guide them through High School and to help them go to the college of their choice by being well-prepared.

Both of my daughters and my nieces all graduated from John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls’ High School. When my daughters were going into high school, there was no question which school they would attend. Hallahan is the oldest all girls catholic high school in the country. To me, there is nothing like a catholic school education. The discipline, the academics, the overall structure – it’s all there. My girls thrived in Hallahan, they formed last friendships. The girls are thought to be strong, independent women. I also like the fact that girls from all over the city and outside of the city attend Hallahan. I would recommend to any girl at the high school level.

I am extremely excited for my daughter who will begin her Hallahan experience is just a few short weeks!

My daughter loves school! Her teachers, all of her great friends from all over the city of Philadelphia. As she enters her Senior year I am truly amazed, grateful and honored that my daughter R.A.N had the priviledge to attend John W. Hallahan, the oldest catholic girls school in the country. I know that her education, experience and true love of Hallahan, has helped guide and mold her into the beautiful woman she has become. Thank you! Mrs O' Grady.......

i went there i did not like it. the staff was mediocre and a lot of students like to start drama. there are some nice students there though. the school is extremely strict.

Great school, the students are very sweet and well disciplined and smart. The college graduate rate attending from Hallahan is extremely high, one of the best in PA, definitly the best in Philadelphia
