This school used to be great as far as the Teachers and the Curriculum. My children and been attending Hope for over 10 years. I've watched this school diminish. Somewhere along the line Hope Church School has lost their focus. They make you pay for everything. I've never seen one school with so many fund raisers. Even the lunch program is ridiculous, $5.00 a day....This will be my children's last year here for sure. Thank God!
HCS is an excellent school which has a rich spiritual, cultural, and educational heritage. The warmth, experience, and love of the leadership translates into a community of effective teachers and staff. The students are empowered to prosper and I'm very pleased with my own child's progress while there (over two years).
All that I can say is that this is the best school I've ever been to. It has everything I ever wanted and appreciate what they've done for me.
I have never since should a terrible school. The teachers sit around all day and the children run wild. The Preschool is complete crayness. The staff is also very unprofessional and the so called directors are never there.
Hope Church School is a very good school. If You Send your child there, you won't regret it :)
I have had the most wonderful experience with HSC. If has been a God send. The teachers are warm and wonderful. The non-teaching staff is caring and involved. I would recommend HSC for any family, that prefers a non-public alternative for education. The class size is small and the education is large.
This school has been a frustrating experience for me and my son. I have tried to work with the teachers in solving problems as it relates to my son's behaviors and the schools disciplinary rules. They have not handled disciplinary and parent communication issues to my satisfaction, therefore we are in the process of finding another school.
