The quality of education is very poor. There are no extra currriculum for the children or any sports. The teachers only stay for a couple of months then they have to find a replacement.

This school has totally disappointed me in the highest as a Christian Academy. The lack of: knowledgable teachers, superior academic performance, and leadership in the body of Christ is broken. The lack of supervision, academic standards, and overall involvement in our childrens well being lacks extremely at this school. Bring back the teachers who emit the likeness of God in there daily walk; renew the mind of the Principal who takes more into consideration of the financial aspects of the school then the well being of his students; bring back the caring attitude, good tactics and higher standards of excellence of God that will motivate these students to achieve far more in there walk as they continue to live in the body of Christ Jesus. They have truly forgotten the mission statement.

I've had both excellent and disappointing experiences with this school. My child has been in the school for years. Although my child is very intelligent, there isn't the individualized attention that I had expected from a private school. They don't seem to want family involvement (PTA). Overall, the staff fairly easy to communicate with and truly seem to love the children.

My thirteen year old daugther has attended this school since kindergarden. It has always been paid for by a close relative of mine due to us both wanting the best education for her as possible. I always used to think that a paid for education was the best way. I found out the hard way that, thats not always true. Private schools make their own rules. They don't have to follow federal, state or local educaton laws or regulations. They did whatever they wanted to do. Teachers are not required to have certification and often do not. Once she had a teacher who was teaching them that African Americans were the original slave owners. This teacher was creating his own curriculum. This went on for at least six months and then he was finally terminated. Academically I feel as though she has not learned what she needs to know to be entering into the eight grade. My ten year old is more advanced than her as far as their reading and math levels go. My ten year old attends a Philadelphia Public School. This is just my take on this particular school.
