Attention to each student from each teacher and the principal.
We have two students at the middle school and their needs are very different. However, Shady Side is providing an excellent education to each. The faculty and staff know each of the students and teaching occurs all day, in every context. The faculty are caring and dedicated. The head of school is engaged with the students, knows what is going on in each grade and responds to issues promptly and with sensitivity. Outstanding school.
