St Aloysius is a terrific school. We have treasured our time there so far. I can't recommend it enough. Everyone is amazing!

St. Aloysius is an excellent school. The teachers are wonderful! They care about their students and do everything they can to help each child be successful. The academics are the best in the area! Students learn not just the basics but are also challenged with rigorous lessons designed to prepare them for the real world. The teachers are highly trained and very knowledgeable about what they teach. Parents are involved in the day to day activities of the school and are always welcomed. My oldest child struggled socially but everyone at St. Aloysius helped him to grow to be the best person he could be. He is not at PJP II and extremely successful. My other two children who attend St. Aloysius love going to school. They feel loved and challenged academically.

As an alumni of St. Aloysius School and the grandmother of two who are currently attending, I cannot speak highly enough on the dedication and professionalism of the teachers. The moral compass used to instruct students in life experiences is unmatched. Academically is has been and remains and outstanding school.

My daughter will be entering the third grade this fall. This will be her second year at St. Al's. We left St Pete's (Blessed Teresa of Calcutta) to come to St Als. We have been extremely happy with our daughter's education here and the staff & faculty. Mrs. Zale in second grade was WONDERFUL and Siter Wanda was very helpful with us in our transition. My daughter loves everything about her school and is very happy here.

Although I feel St. Al's is a very good school in academics, I think that there is an overall lack of true compassion and understanding of children who maybe different. There is an 'old school' or 'old boy network' there and I don't feel that parents and teachers alike are willing to risk speaking up for fear of retribution. We withdrew our child mid-year and are now in the local public school and are extremely happy. Our child no longer cries before school and is excited to go. She has made many friends and is doing extremely well. I am sad to have left St. Al's but I know it was the best thing for our child.

From the teachers, to the principal,to the pastor, there is no empathy for the child that doesn't fit in. My children are now in Pottsgrove Public (first time they ever left the Catholic School System) and have never been happier. Also, they are both first honor students and did exceptionally well on the PSSA exams.
