The school's gifted program is all but nonexistent. The gifted young adults need to be challenged while in school not doing things like watering plants. These gifted young adults are our feature leaders in industry, business and the country.

i have to say that my childs principles and other school officials are doing a very poor job with my special needs child.my child 'had a problem past' and is in specialized classroom settings for learning and emotional support. The school officals who are there to educate and support my child are suppose to be trained and highly educated, it is clear to me that they would rather get 'rid of a problem child' and not conform to helping my child but clearly label him over regular education students and students who participate in sports etc. just my opinion

The academics at this school are just adequate. There is a lack of quality teachers who truly teach effectively. Parent involvement is also lacking so in a sense I can understand why a teacher may not care to teach appropriately but it truly hurts the children of parents who care and are very much involved with their children. Discipline is also lacking in this school. Those who are teachers as well as administrators are lacking in control over students. Extracurricular activities are adequate although most sports do need coaches who intstuct these young atheletes instead of playing politics and just looking at the win, win, win factor. Overall this is the thoughest school in the district. It not the worst in the county but not the best either. With some work it could be a great school.

This school is not the ideal place I would recommend for students who plan on fulfilling a satisfying life. I am not pleased with the academic quality this school appears to lack. If you are considering this school, please reconsider. Thank you.
