Shohola is a small school where the kids get individualized attention. Kids are allowed to, and encouraged, to be kids, while they are held accountable for their grades and behavior. Shohola is very connected to our community, and the DVMS and DVHS students are involved with the kids on a volunteer basis. Classes are small and caring, and I would not send my child anywhere else.

Shohola is a school where children are encouraged to be the best that they can be. The teachers, aides and faculty are very dedicated in helping well rounded children grow. From the 3 r's to music and the arts Shohola gets straight A's! I'm happy to be a part of this school family.

I have found Shohola Elemetary to be a blesing for my son's transition to a new state, new school, new teachers and new challenges. His teachers are great and they keep the kids motivated. We are looking forward to our daughter starting next year in Kindergarten. It has given me and my wife Peace of Mind to have our son in a Great School.

Shohola elementary is a wonderful, warm environment. The staff is very dedicated and always go above and beyond to get and keep kids involved and learning no matter what their abilty. From the minute we moved here our children have excelled in this environment. I am amazed coming from a school district with probably double their budget. I can't say enough.

I have two children who attend Shohola and the education they are receiving has been wonderful. The teachers are always willing to go the extra mile. My one daughter would complete her homework so fast that her teachers have always put together extra homework packets for her. My other daughter sometimes needs a little more encouragement and she has always received that. I just love the family atmosphere. I couldn't have hand picked a better school for my daughters.

This is a wonderful school! My one child has had difficulties learning. I have yet to have a teacher not work with us. He is even shown discipline with a loving way when needed. He is always encouraged to be better. The staff always seems to be one big happy family, usually walking around with a smile on their face. The only thing I do not care for here is the counseling department. Over all though I believe when people are moving to this area and the school is based alot upon what school to send their child(ren) to, this is definitely the school you will want your child to attend.
