I am currently a Junior in college and a graduate of NL. NL is a decent school. They have teachers that care and a good athletic program. Sure NL could improve in some areas but overall I would give them an average rating.

Both of my children graduated from this school. Both of them were recruited at good colleges based on their athletic as well as their academic ability. While in college my oldest was on the deans list all but one year and participated in an internship that led to a good job right out of college. The other son is currently attending a top rated university and is on the deans list after the first semester. This should speak volumes about how well the schools prepared them. The town is small and many of the older population is concerned about the high taxes. For the most part the community supports the schools but there is a contingent that is dissatisfied with the high taxes and the current board needs to be watched so they do not undermine the strides in education the district has made.

I learned more in jail than I did in this high school. Honestly, the complete lack of education that I recieved at Northern Lehigh surely contributed to my life as an addict and a criminal.

I am very dissapointed with the quality of this school. My children come home and tell me awful things. They say the teachers are mean, and pick on them. None of the parents help out because of the school. If you send your child to Northern Lehigh, your child will hate you. They are very strict and will not let any of the kids have fun. When there are pep-rallys, the teachers ingore half of the student body. Please don't make the same mistake I did by letting my children go to Northern Lehigh. Send them to any school but this one.

I think are school needs to be more strict, there isnt enough discipline. The level on parent involvement is good, a lot of them try to participate in thier kids lives. The availbility of music and art are good. I believe we need more sports and kick out clubs (the ecology club, library club) we need to keep students fit... like a volleyabll team or a kickball team, more of the sports and less of the clubs. FBLA is a good culb to be involved in though. Northern Lehgih high School lets kids go on co- op which lets the student leave school to go to work, it's a great program!

This school needs more safety. Maybe a policeman in the school. Somethings need to change at that school.
